"Find Your Flair" - Turning Your Work into a Work of Art
Jason Jay is a former champion flair bartender (think Tom Cruise in Cocktail) that
literally knows how to shake things up!
Starting his own training & consultancy practice in 1997, Jason went on to be
awarded the Contribution to the Industry Award at the 2007 Australian Bar Awards
and is now widely recognised as one of Australians top industry consultants.
Jason Jay believes that the key to changing any industry is the same; create an
environment where people are inspired to volunteer their best efforts. He now
speaks to a range of different industries that are looking to motivate a higher level of performance from their people.
A powerful and entertaining insight into the science of optimal experience ‐ or Flow
Jason Jay infuses cocktail mixing with psychology to demonstrate that
it not so much what you do – but how you do it that really counts. He
explores what it takes to feel connected, engaged and enthused about
both your work and life.
At the end of the session participants will learn...
* The Leisure Trap – how work actually holds key to happiness
* The Flair Zone Formula and how to use it to find a better balance
* The 3 Modalities of Awakened Doing
"The Many Parts of You - Understanding Puzzling Behaviour"
Jan Sky

This presentation will introduce you to a unique mapping tool called
ESI®. Jan Sky will discuss how our personalities are made up of many
different parts or states, and how whichever state is 'executive' at
any given time consumes our thinking and affects the behaviour we
display.
The ESI® Mapping Tool works to reveal all parts, supportive and
unsupportive, associated with a client’s intended outcome. In doing so,
we are able to identify those states inhibiting change working towards
a more appropriate ‘executive’ state - in effect, changing our
behaviour.
ESI® is a simplistic yet powerful process which has been used
extensively within the corporate environment with excellent results and
has been proven to motivate behaviour change. It is also excellent for
motivating teams through ‘tough times’ by accelerating team success.
Today you will learn how to:
* Gain an understanding of a better way of looking at yourself
* Identify your own inhibiting states
* Make changes that support your success
* View your world from a different space

"Improving Your Communication - Aligning Concentric Rings"
Scott Stein—Pathfinder
