David Tomlinson of Northern Beaches Business Swap (and also a Successful and Knowledgeable Accountant) is going to get us into gear just in time for EOFY!

David commenced his accounting career as an audit assistant at the age of 16 in Brisbane.

He soon realised that he did not enjoy being the most hated person at a clients premises, so, when his family moved to Richmond, NSW, he became the second employee of an accountant who had just started in Public Practice.

David took to Taxation planning and small business accounting with relish and, when he became a partner, the practice was the largest public accounting firm in Penrith. When he moved to Burwood he bought the clients and business name for that area.

The business grew rapidly and, in October last year was sold to the senior employee. David is now a consultant to the business and its clients, specialising in business development services and taxation planning.
