Since its inception in 2003 Shine Sales Solutions has been assisting businesses to manage and motivate their sales staff to achieve success and increase profits. Shine Sales operates out Sydney, and has local and national clients, many with interstate offices.

As Director of Shine Sales Solutions, Karen provides sales solutions for small and medium sized businesses that make a real difference to their bottom line.

During this time, Karen was approached by a number of businesses who had the skills but simply didn’t have the time or resources available to manage their team successfully.

Karen has assisted these businesses to retain valuable sales staff, increase the amount
of new business generated and introduce accountability within the business.

About Karen Andrews

Karen has over 10 years experience in managing new business development campaigns for major companies in industries such as Office Equipment, Outsourcing, Telecommunications and Information Technology. She holds a Bachelor in Business
Studies in Business Management & Human Resource Development and is also an
excellent Trainer.

During her career, Karen recognised an opportunity to assist those who don’t have any background in sales and don’t  necessarily like doing it, but have no choice but to develop the skills to ensure their business succeeds.

Through Shine, she has helped hundreds of these individuals develop the confidence and skills to make new business contacts and win new customers in the selected target market.

Whether it is developing sales strategies, managing sales staff to ensure consistent sales results or working 1 on 1 to develop your sales skills, she believes in giving people the tools that they need to build their business. This includes the important face to face skills that business owners need to talk about their business.

Karen works with her clients to make the sales process easier, more efficient and most importantly, more successful. Karen is passionate about sales and loves helping people develop the confidence they need to go out and develop their businesses and their careers.
