After 24 years in the computer industry I have a vast amount of experience.

The last 13 years prior to this business were spent as a software testing expert. In that role I tried to prevent bad software being released to unsuspecting people like you and me.

Now I receive much more satisfaction from helping people with their computers than I did on large corporate projects that never seemed to finish.
